We are a social club of over 200 women in the Seacoast area of New Hampshire and southern Maine. We are mostly retired, some working. Our member-run club organizes Coffees, Luncheons, and excursions that we call Programs - all providing opportunities to catch up with old friends and make new friends.
Our small group activities, Special Interest Groups, find us talking about books, going to the theater, paddling a kayak, playing bridge, touring a museum, sharing quilting ideas - and that is only a sample of our ongoing activities.
Calendar details for all events/activities are in the Members Only area of this site.
General Membership Events
Coffee and General Meetings in our members' homes, 2nd Thursday, October-May. Our September Coffee is a very special coffee which starts our fiscal year with tons of food, friends, new friends, and is held usually on the 2nd Thursday of the month. This year it will be held on the 3rd Thursday of the month. Prospective members are invited to attend a Coffee.
Luncheons at area restaurants, October, December, and May.
Monthly Programs - think "field trips" - museums, exhibits, gardens, shopping, historical homes, and boat trips are a few examples.
Special Interest Groups
We call them SIGs - over 20 groups that meet monthly - some daytime, some evenings - to enjoy activities that are long-time favorites or introductions to something new.
SIGs are created and run by members. The options vary from year to year with member ideas and willingness to get involved.
Here is a list of the SIGs for the current year.
